Welcome to the The Petite Acorn. We are a small, neighborhood store with a friendly and helpful staff eager and ready to help you find the perfect invitation, announcement or gift for your needs.

 

Announcements, Invitations and Personal or Business Stationery

Baby announcements, Bar Mitzvah, Wedding and Party invitations, correspondence cards, stationery, note pads, personalized gift sets and much more are among the various products offered in the extensive selection of books from which you may order.  These books offer products in a wide range of price points. Most items can be customized to suit you.

In addition to the books, we carry an extensive selection of blank stock, which we can print in-store for you or that you may take home to print yourself. These are sold by the piece, so whether it’s 10 or 100 you need, it’s up to you. Special orders will also be filled if needed.

We carry a nice selection of Crane’s boxed stationery as well as by the piece or packaged stationery. These can be personalized for you within a day or two.

For your holiday needs, we carry books of holiday greeting cards to choose from, as well as boxed greeting cards, which we can be imprint for you.

If you so desire, we can address your envelopes for you with our machine calligraphy.

We can create custom designs or come up with that little extra touch to make your invitation special and unique. Personal attention and care is what we are about, no matter what the size of your order.

 

Agendas

We carry a good selection of Filofax®, Scully® and Raika®, in all sizes, including mini, pocket, personal and desk in a variety of leathers and colors. Refills are always available and dated calendar refills from Filofax® and The Preference Collection® are brought in yearly in all the different standard sizes. If we can’t support the product, we don’t like to carry it.

 

Baby and Toddlers

We have baby albums, growth charts, record books from C.R. Gibson® and others as well. We have an array of stuffed animals, musicals and “blankies” from Gund® and many other new baby items.

Puzzles, books, sticker “stuff” as well as soft toys for toddlers round out our selection.

 

Greeting Cards

We carry a large selection of Recycled Paper Greetings® cards for all occasions. (Big on humor.)

Gifts

We have gifts for all ages from cradle on up and will be delighted to gift-wrap for you in your choice of paper at no charge.

 

Photo Albums

All the photo albums we carry are archival quality and include leather from Raika®, fabric from Maude Asbury®, and a large assortment from C.R. Gibson®. Whether it’s for your coffee table, bookshelf or your pocketbook, we have the size for you. If we don’t have it, we’ll special order for you if we can. (We carry refills for all the albums we sell.)

 

Frames

Hand made, wood, pewter, paper, leather, glass and more. All sizes and shapes for every décor.

Recipe books, accordion or card files and more from C.R.Gibson®.

 

Wedding

Wedding organizers, memory books, guest books from Beverly Clark®, Gibson® and Maude Asbury® are available.

Garters, ring pillows, flower girl baskets, unity candles and party favor containers of all sorts can be ordered to coordinate with your wedding decor. Invitations, napkins, favors, bridesmaid and hostess gifts, programs – whatever you need, we will help.

Place card frames as well as matching table number frames can be ordered in many different designs from Sixtrees® or Beverly Clark® and others. Don’t forget that we have an assortment of packaged and bulk place cards available. These can be calligraphied for you if you wish as well as table numbers. Let us help you make your wedding memorable and the planning for it pleasant and easy with our warm friendly service.

 

Desk Accessories

We carry samples, swatches and picture catalogs of desk accessories. We’ll gladly help you decide what is right for you, then order it and have it for you as soon as possible.

We also have a nice assortment of decorative accordion folders from CaspariÒ and address books of all sizes and materials.

 

Clocks

Miniature clocks for your desk or a table anywhere.

Pens

From hand blown glass dip pens to roller balls that use ink cartridges, we have a pen that’s right for you or that special someone.

Inks and inkwells, seals and sealing wax, roller blotters, pen refills, whatever you may need. Again, if we don’t have what you want, we’ll get it for you if we can.
